ClearShift AI is the cold-outbound engine I run for Montreal restaurants with private dining rooms. Operator-only: I do not act as a booking intermediary. Inquiries forward to the venue. The venue closes the booking.

Pascal Gonsales. 13 years operating Montreal restaurants (Pamika Thai, Mae Sri, Garden Room, Isan Wine Room). Restructuring 2026. Now building AI tools for restaurant operators. ClearShift AI is the outbound-marketing piece of that work.

Privacy + compliance

ClearShift AI campaigns operate under Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) and Quebec Loi 25.

• Why you may have received an email from us: the email address was conspicuously published in a public source (your company website, a professional listing, LinkedIn) and the message related to your professional role. CASL allows this with the conditions described in the email footer.
• Right to withdraw consent: reply to any campaign email with the word UNSUBSCRIBE, or write to unsubscribe@clearshiftai.com. We honor unsubscribes within 1 business hour.
• Person responsible for personal-information protection (Loi 25): Pascal Gonsales, privacy@clearshiftai.com.
• Where your data is processed: Apollo, Wiza, Instantly, Google Workspace, Vercel, Typeform. Some processors are located outside Quebec. The full list is available on request.

Sender identification

All ClearShift AI campaigns are sent from pascal@clearshiftai.com with a per-campaign display name (e.g. "Barranco Bookings"). The reply-to address always matches the sender. Replies are read and triaged by Pascal during a daily 9am-9:30am Eastern window.
